2024 TRLL Annual Meeting

Meeting will be held Thursday, September 5th 2024, 6:00PM at  VALLEY VIEW HOSPITAL CONFERENCE ROOM 2 C&D.  1906 Blake Avenue Glenwood Springs CO 81601. Enter at the Emergency Department entrance.  Take the elevator up to the second floor.  Follow signs to the cafeteria and conference rooms.

At this meeting; The Executive Director will discuss the annual report.  The Treasurer will discuss the assets and the 2023-2024 budget.  The current Board Members in attendance will select a new board of directors. TRLL Members will be given 3 minutes to voice suggestions on how things could be done differently for running the LL next season. We only know about problems or good things if you let us know. Alternatively, the Executive Director welcomes an email to give suggestions.

If you are interested in being on the Board of Directors for 2024-2025 please make sure to attend this meeting. If there is a reasonable conflict, please respond to this email. 

After the Annual Meeting, the new Board of Directors for 2024-2025 will hold their First Board Meeting. At this meeting, the BOD will appoint a new executive board (president, vice president, treasurer and secretary) and discuss the time and location for future board meetings.
